Since it's been such a long time since I added photos to this blog, I decided to throw in some from various trips and shoots over the past months. I will classify them so you can tell where they came from.
Grand Tetons National Park
This is a photo taken with my phone as we vacationed in the Tetons in September 2018.
A second photo taken from my phone.
This is a photo taken with my Canon 7D during a trip through the Tetons in the fall of 2018.
Confederated Salish Kootenai Reservation
These turtles are seen on these logs whenever the sun comes out in the afternoon on the lake behind (east of) Ninepipes Lodge.
Another shot in a misty morning across the lake east of the Ninepipes lodge, with a foggy look at the Mission Mountains in the background.
These are three photos of the Montana State flower (the bitter root) which was taken on the National Bison Range.
A chipmonk on the Cook City Red Lodge Highway.
Blackfeet Indian Reservation
This is St. Marie's lake frozen over in the dead of winter.
This Grizzly was taken near Chief Mountain on the Blackfeet Reservation.
Just across the boarder from Chief Mountain is the Waterton National Park in Alberta, CANADA. Here is a view of Waterton Lake with the Prince of Whales hotel across the lake.

Livingston to Big Timber
This is looking South from Livingston towards Gardner and Yellowstone Park. This is a photo of the Yellowstone River looking Northwest to the Crazy Mountains.
Coming down that railroad track is one the pillars of commerce in Montana - the railroad.
Yellowstone County
One of the interesting areas in Billings is a wildlife area across from Sheels on Shilo. Here one of the Great Blue Herons is watching for fish.
The Great Blue Heron is a great fisherman and this area encourages fish.

This area has dams that reduces the flooding and protects the environment which also encourages a number of birds and other wildlife to flourish in this area.
Sunflowers are abundant in Billings and they grow very tall.
Sunrise, looking east along Black Otter Trail toward Yellowstone Kelly's Grave.
